1. Using Foodroll
Foodroll lets you share food photos, discover posts, give Bites to Rolls and follow accounts. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide an accurate email address, verify it, keep your password secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
2. Your photos and profile
You keep ownership of your content. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, resize and display it only as needed to operate Foodroll. This license ends when the content is removed from the service, subject to the backup process described in the Privacy Policy. You must have permission to upload the material and respect the privacy and rights of people shown in it. Profiles, photos and optional location tags are public.
3. Community rules
Do not post unlawful content, sexual exploitation, threats, hate, harassment, private information without permission, scams or spam. Do not impersonate others, manipulate Bites, bypass restrictions, or interfere with the service. Do not upload photos that infringe someone else's rights.
4. Reporting and moderation
Use Report / block on an account or photo to report a concern. Administrators can review reports and remove content or accounts. Blocking hides interactions between signed-in accounts; it does not make public content private. We may restrict access to protect people, comply with law or enforce these terms. 5. Availability and limits
Features and posting limits may change. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Food photos and user descriptions are not food-safety, nutrition or medical advice. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
6. Leaving Foodroll
You can download your account data or permanently delete your account in Account and privacy. Deletion removes your content and account records from the active application. See the Privacy Policy for backup and third-party-copy limits. Signing out does not delete your account.
7. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data. We will provide notice of material changes to these terms before they apply when required by law.
